KAS Housing Ltd is a nationwide rental housing company established in 2001. It rents apartments in 34 cities and towns. The company currently has approximately 8,000 apartments.
The company is owned by 39 municipalities and is constantly negotiating with new municipalities on the transfer of rental properties under the ownership of the KAS Housing Group.
