Guidelines for residents

As a tenant, you are responsible for the condition of your apartment and it is your duty to report any defects and damages without delay to a representative of the owner (property management).

Residents’ activity is governed by the Act on Joint Management of Rental Buildings. The purpose of residents’ activity is to increase comfort and satisfaction of our residents and to promote the upkeep and maintenance of our rental buildings.

Tenancy
