Three-year benefit
Once you have lived in a KAS apartment for three consecutive years, you will receive a EUR 70 gift card for the purchase of a home appliance from a store specified by property management. Please send your contact details to property management in writing, including your name, address, phone number and the start date of your tenancy. You will receive your gift card by post within approximately one month of submitting your application. The application should be submitted before your tenancy has lasted four years.
5 or 15 years as a tenant
Once you have lived in a KAS apartment for five or fifteen consecutive years, please contact the property manager. The property manager will visit you upon your request. You can then discuss any improvements your apartment might need.
Renovation kit
The property manager will provide you with further information about the renovation kit which is intended for painting interior walls of your apartment. The benefit is granted on a case-by-case basis when moving into an apartment.
