Humid rooms
Do not drill holes in the walls of humid rooms, such as bathrooms. The water insulation of the wall may break and result in moisture damage.
Dry rooms
When drilling a hole in a wall or installing wall mounts, remember to make sure that the mounts you use are suited for the purpose and wall materials. If you are unsure about the wall material, please contact the property manager. Before drilling, you should check that there are no electrical wires running behind the wall.
When installing large fixtures, please contact the property manager to make sure you are allowed to install the fixture.
